Cooked a 2 pound pack for 4 adults and had more than enough to go around. The beef is cut very thin, so you get more 'volume' of food from 1/2 pound of this bulgogi than you would from a 8oz steak. The beef had good fat distribution and was fluffy in a good way when cooked.
Do you plan to carry some of the other spicy options from Chef Sung? Like the mala pork and spicy Korean chicken... Enjoyed this one very much.
I'd give it a 4.5 only because it's a bit too spicy for me.
